Booths, Brunch, & Business
In our first episode of the new year, Cheri Hill is joined by Ann Silver, the current CEO of The Reno + Sparks Chamber of Commerce. 2019 is a special year for the Reno + Sparks Chamber of Commerce, in that it is the 100th year that the Chamber has been in operation. First incorporated in 1919, The Reno + Sparks Chamber of Commerce has since expanded to include over 1,000 members, and continues to grow and connect business owners together.
One of the many ways the Chamber helps bring business owners together is through the Alliance event. This year Alliance will be held at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center on Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019. The Chamber will be joined by their partners; EDAWN, the RSCVA, and the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority.
This year, as opposed to past years, there will be a brunch in place of a dinner. Due to this change, Alliance will also be held earlier in the day, from 8:30 am- 10:30 am. Alliance will kick off with booths that can be visited, followed by brunch, and ending with presentations for booth holders and other attendees. Each booth will be manned by a local company or business owner.
If you are interested, you can purchase tickets for Alliance here while they are still available.
Visit the Chamber website to find out more about what they do, and how to sign up if interested.
